Green gooey foul poop

My LG has been have frequent poops since yesterday evening there green with pieces of undigested food with some gooey slimey bits in and its foul smelling, shes never done out like that that smells this horrible, does anyone know what this could mean or do you think I should take her to doctors, ive been given her water and milk cos she's going so often, on poop number 4 since waking up at 8 already gone during the night. She seems well in herself and hasnt ate out that she hasnt had before so im baffled.

How old is she? I only ask bc I’ve heard / read not to give your baby water before 6 months of age. They could drown from the inside 🤯 my MIL told me I should give her water after feeding her (lots of wrong advice from her) to wash out her gums but little babies really can’t have water. Also, my doula told me that earthy color poop is fine (green, brown, yellow) but I’d check with her doctor to be sure

Just saw that she’s 9 month so disregard!!

Yeah almost 10 months, shes never done out this smell, reminds me when i eat a trigger food cos i have IBS so im not sure if its an intolerance

@Viktorija my LG been like it since Saturday, only food she had sonce that she hasnt had before was a cheese and brocoli pasta packet then it seemed to of settled today till i gave her spag bol with a spinkle of cheddar cheese then all hell broke lose on her bowels, shes had cheese before and never reacted to it so not sure if its that or not. Shes well in herself and im making sure shes drinking plenty to keep her hydrated but that smell is so bad! Bless shes so red and sore down there from wiping as she having nappy changes so often.
