Anyone down to one nap already?

We are trying it because she is having a hard time sleeping at night (we never got past the 8 month regression) and she started resisting her second nap. Wondering if 10.5 months is too early?

It depends on the day! Most days my son takes 1 to 1.5 naps but if it’s been a busy day he will take two naps, SOMETIMES more if it’s been REALLY busy. He still struggles sleeping at night, he’s not sleeping through the night yet

We went through a phase where I thought my daughter may have been ready, but she couldn’t quite make it to bedtime without being super cranky. She loves to sleep so I’ve just started capping her naps during the day. If her morning nap is longer, I cut the 2nd one short. If the morning one falls short for some reason, I let her sleep until 3:45 for her afternoon nap. Keeping her daytime sleep at 3 hrs max. Her last wake window is around 3.5-4 hrs now and she does great with that. She typically sleep 11-12 hrs at night. Every baby is different though! If you think your baby is ready, you could trial it for a few days and see how she does? Good luck!

Depends on the day for us. Some days she does 2 naps and sometimes just 1.

Ours dropped himself to one nap around 9.5 months. He began resisting his first nap (11am ish) and then getting tired around 12:30, so we just went with the flow and he now wakes around 8am, naps around 12:30-3, and then goes to bed at 7:30-8pm His night sleep got so much better after he dropped that second nap!

My daughter usually does best with one two hour nap midday! I was in the same boat of not being able to get past the 8 month regression. She was waking up in the night every night to get in my bed, and so far doing one nap seems to be what she needed to get back to sleeping on her own

My girl is down to one nap. She was really hard to put down for a second bai and if she took a second nap bedtime would be atrocious. Night sleep is a bit rocky right now because of teething but I have seen a positive difference in dropping that second bai

omg literally on this exact schedule right now 😂 my son also started around 9 months with this , he just turned 10 mo and has been consistent with it .

11 mos here and still consistent with it! He’s also started weaning himself and it’s been so easy but bittersweet🤣

One nap around noon. Occasionally he'll nap in the morning but it's rare.

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
