My 10 month old suddenly started twisting and turning, getting herself tangled in her sleeping bag to the point where I had to put her to bed in just her vest+babygrow. Now she's constantly going on her tummy and then winges throughout the night because she is uncomfortable but she does not turn back on her back although I'm sure she's able to at least from her left side..right side she's still struggling to do so. My question is, what do I do, let her winge and struggle until she's turned herself back or do I keep getting up and do it for her. Also, is she actually safe to be sleeping on her tummy at this age? Panicking, sleep deprived mama over here 😵💫
TIA

My LO has slept on his stomach for months, I find it odd seeing him sleeping anyway else 😅 I would give her some time to work it out and see what happens. I also stopped my LO sleeping in a sleeping bag because he was getting so tangled up. Agree with Seonaid, the togged sleepsuits are good or mine now just sleeps in long sleeved vest and pjs xx

she's half asleep when winging, and I tried letting her figure it out herself and turn over but all I achieved it's a fully woke crying baby and had to settle her with a bottle 🍼..

thank you, I'll look around for a togged sleep suit. I guess I have a tummy sleeping baby 🤦🏼♀️
