Sleeping concerns

My 10 month old suddenly started twisting and turning, getting herself tangled in her sleeping bag to the point where I had to put her to bed in just her vest+babygrow. Now she's constantly going on her tummy and then winges throughout the night because she is uncomfortable but she does not turn back on her back although I'm sure she's able to at least from her left side..right side she's still struggling to do so. My question is, what do I do, let her winge and struggle until she's turned herself back or do I keep getting up and do it for her. Also, is she actually safe to be sleeping on her tummy at this age? Panicking, sleep deprived mama over here 😵‍💫
TIA

My LO has slept on his stomach for months, I find it odd seeing him sleeping anyway else 😅 I would give her some time to work it out and see what happens. I also stopped my LO sleeping in a sleeping bag because he was getting so tangled up. Agree with Seonaid, the togged sleepsuits are good or mine now just sleeps in long sleeved vest and pjs xx

she's half asleep when winging, and I tried letting her figure it out herself and turn over but all I achieved it's a fully woke crying baby and had to settle her with a bottle 🍼..

thank you, I'll look around for a togged sleep suit. I guess I have a tummy sleeping baby 🤦🏼‍♀️

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.

How many words

Just a quick gauge of how many words your little ones are saying at this age. I heard by 15 months it should be 5 words, are most around this mark ?
