Feel like my day is being controlled by naps! Any classes/meet ups seem to happen when baby needs to nap.
Just interested to know what others are doing??

Up between 7-8, first nap around 10am, usually around 30 mins but can be up to an hour if had a really difficult night.
Second nap usually starts between 2.30/3 and can be up to 2 hours.

Usually around 10-10.45 and then 2.30-3.45 give or take 15 mins xx

Up around 6.30am first nap around 9.30am for 30 mins which we usually do outside so I can get out and about after breakfast until lunch time, second nap around 2pm until 4pm which I use to mop the house and prep dinner for later, past 2 days been on one nap so I'm trapped at home 😂

10:00-11:15 & 14:30-15:30 (roughly) - I have to cap his naps, I don’t let him sleep past these times otherwise it messes the night up.

Up 8 ish nap 11-12 back down 330-430 sleep 8 this is just a rough guide but I agree it’s hard with classes etc if her nap is after a class I end up driving around while she sleeps
This is really helpful! I think what I need to do is try and get out early before first nap (around 10am) otherwise I’m sometimes not getting out until 11:30/12pm once sorted so feels like I’m missing half the day!

Will baby nap in the pram? I go out for her first nap as she only sleeps for 30 mins in her pram which is perfect for us, so we have breakfast and don't need to be back home until lunch time then she will have her longer nap in the afternoon then we go for a walk after dinner and before bath time
she does but it’s sometimes hit or miss and always short in there but her morning nap is normally longer so always worry if we don’t get that one then it throws the rest of the day!

Yeah I make sure I'm always home for her longer nap so she can sleep properly, been having 1 nap past 3 days but it's right in the middle of the day for 2.5 hours so I'm trapped here all day now 😂
