Tutti Bambini Cozee safety concerns

Just a caution to other mums that might have this product. I have been using this crib for 6 weeks and I have often found my daughter pressed up against the side of the cot, despite starting in the middle. I thought she was just a fidgety baby so would move her back each time I woke up and found her there. The other night I found her pressed up against the side and could not feel her breathing and her cheek was cold. I immediately panicked and thought the worst. She was fine, just sleeping deeply, however I am completely traumatised by what happened and haven't put her in it since. My partner checked the crib and found that if any pressure was put either side of the centre, the crib would tilt to the side and cause her to roll. We even checked with a spirit level to confirm. Googling it found that lots of other people have had similar issues. Since the incident she hasn't been back in it, and we've purchased a Snuzpod which has side supports. Turns out she's not a fidgety baby in her sleep and stays in the middle all night! I have written to the retailer and manufacturer but honestly think that this product should be recalled. I don't want to worry people, however I do want to make others who have the same crib aware of potential safety concerns.

I’ve got it but my baby is very fidgety, I always wake up and make sure he is on the side however after reading this I now know I need to invest into something else! x

I have this one too and it never happened with my first, but my 2nd I always find her at the bottom on one side on a diagonal after starting in the middle xx

Hi just found this thread! Did anybody hear back from the company? I have the same problem 😬 x

@Kellie the retailer I bought it from, Argos, were amazing and refunded even though I had had it months. Tutti Bambini on the otherhand were shocking in their support and sent back a generic reply with instructions. They said it was a 'travel crib' so would have moving parts. Since buying the Snuzpod I've had absolutely no issues. Would recommend contacting who you bought it from rather than Tutti Bambini

Unfortunately I bought it second hand but not used if that makes sense so it still cost me quite a bit, very annoying. Am tempted by the snuzpod but I did like the fact the tuttibambini was easy to use if went away.

underneath the mattress and the material flaps there is 2 adjustable straps in each side. Tighten them as much as you can and it’ll stop the tilting xx

@Morgan oh amazing thanks for the tip will give it a go in the morning x

I have the same issue, I just assumed it was due to the straps being pulled tight?

I still haven't managed to sort mine, ended up putting a towel underneath the mattress which seems to have worked.

Formula ratio

I have just found out my partner mixed our daughters formula wrong this morning. He made a 180ml bottle and only put in 4 scoops of formula instead of 6 (we swapped between 120mls and 180mls throughout the day as she takes different amounts so he must have got confused).
I have looking into this online (I know I probably shouldn't have) but now I'm really worried.
Has anyone done this before ?
I'm a first time mum so not sure if im overthinking it.

Waking up every 10 minutes

I need some advice help before I loose my mind. My 6 month old has gone from sleeping all night to waking up every 10 minutes which is absolutely exhausting. I think I’ve had about 3 hours sleep the last couple of days. I’m already struggling as it is but she’s just not settling, I’ve tried sticking to the same routine everyday before bed (tea no later than 6, bath every other day, bottle and then bed) She’s literally screaming when she wakes up and it takes two of us just to get her settled or when she does wake up she’s wide awake and want la to bounce. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I feel like I’m failing with everything, I’ve been up since 5am this morning after it took 2 hours to get her to sleep.
Is this normal?

4 month sleep regression?

What does / did the 4 month sleep regression look like for you? I honestly thought we had already had it as baby went from waking once per night for ages (which was lovvvvely) to 2 or 3 times per night recently

But for the past few nights, my LB has been waking literally EVERY hour & i'm wondering if THIS is the 4 month sleep regression that we all fear??? I'm exhausted

Vinted vs FB marketplace

I’ve got tons of stuff to get rid off. Mostly brand new clothing label on. Please comment any issues with either, never used both

I'm not a great mother and I don't know how to fix it

This is hard to write.
I find myself easily losing my patience and I feel like I'm creating a horrible environment for my child. I don't think she's happy at home because she probably feels like she needs to be perfect all the time. She's only 3 so she can't tell me all of this but I have none of that cool fun mum in me at all and I find myself being that super strict person I always hated growing up, the person I never wanted to be.
But for some reason even knowing that I can't seem to just un-tense my shoulders and just relax with her, have a good time even if it's chaotic and messy. I don't know what's wrong with me and I don't know how to fix it. I'm meant to be starting therapy soon, but I feel like it's too late and the damage is done. I don't know why I made this post to be honest, but I'm hoping someone out there has all the answers and can maybe help?
