My 4 month old boy has been sleeping through the night since about 6 weeks of age. He normally sleeps from 6pm - 5am. The past few nights he’s been waking at 3 or 4am I assume due to hunger. He’s EBF and I don’t want to start solids until he can sit independently. Any tips or ideas to help him sleep in a little later would be great 🙏🏻 I did think of putting him to bed a little later but he can be shocking during the day with naps so by the time bedtime roles around he’s so exhausted and just wants to go to bed.
TIA! 😊
