If you're getting induced they should be telling you that you're on bed rest already because you're going to be how many weeks overdue so you should be bed rest and not doing much at all considering you're overdue and the hospital or your doctor should be telling you that

Apply at 36 weeks since it can take up to two weeks to process! The earlier you start mat leave the earlier you have to go back to work so hold off if you can

I would suggest giving yourself AT LEAST 2 weeks off before 👶 comes. 4 would be really nice

I was off for a week before my due date. She ended up coming a week late and waiting that extra week texted my patience!! I was feeling pretty good overall and I like my job so a week before my due date was enough for me. It really depends on how you’re feeling!
