Too good to be true πŸ˜πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

So after the clock changed we got 3 days of him sleeping into 7. It was heaven! Kept to same wake windows, pushed back naps an hour and bedtime 7.30 (30 mins later than we have been doing)

Now we are back to 5am wake ups 😭 and he was awake from 2pm yesterday so could not keep up any longer.

Anyone else got hopeful?! And we have black out blinds, white noise the lot. Nothing works

All I can say is we are in the same situation. Nothing is helping. Yesterday my baby woke up at 1:30 am and didn't sleep until 5. And he was whining all throughout. πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯

Same here, yesterday she woke up at 8:30 she had one nap of an hour at 11:30am to 12:30pm then was up till 8/9 then woke up at 12am until 3:20am then was asleep until 8:30am. I need to make sure she has her second nap I think in the afternoon but she really fights it

yes, I believe she is super exhausted and tired. Try putting her to sleep for the second nap after 3-3 hours 15 mins wake window in a complete orch dark room if possible.. try confidentiality for a week or two. There can be sleep regression at this stage as well making the lo to fight sleep as they are nearby more and more their little brain gets tied.

My LB fights his second nap two but i don't bring this out of that environment(dark room & white noise) and he will play cry and feed(EBF) and finally sleep. It is a real struggle. But they do need a second nap.

No advise unfortunately but same here 😫😫 thought we’d nailed it when the clocks changed. 3 days later back to square one 🀣

least I am not the only one! Think just need to accept he is an early riser and it doesn't matter what time I put him to bed at πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. πŸ₯Ί

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? πŸ₯²

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated πŸ₯°

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.

How many words

Just a quick gauge of how many words your little ones are saying at this age. I heard by 15 months it should be 5 words, are most around this mark ?
