Hey! Just encountered the same type of sickness and daughter is EBF as well and won’t take bottles.

Pedialyte and small amounts of water in a syringe every so often for 6-8 hrs. If tolerated well you can reintroduce breastmilk. Minimum of approx. 4-5 wet (pee specifically) diapers in a 24 hr period, less could be a sign of dehydration.

Watch for high fever, can give tylenol for fever & tummy pain. Always upright & leaned forward a bit or on their side during vomiting to prevent choking. And watch for issues with breathing.

If signs of breathing issues, signs of dehydration, OR high temp that won’t break then a trip to the emergency room. This is all the advice our pediatrician gave us. And so far syringe is the only way to get our daughter to drink pedialyte and small amounts of water.
