Update

Okay so I know this is a week overdue but I’ve been so overwhelmed. I was actually in labor and ended up giving birth last Thursday night via c section. I was pushing for almost 2 hours and my epidural wasn’t working the whole time. Mind you, they had to give me pitocin to induce so my contractions felt so deadly. The pain was so unbearable I really thought I was going to pass out. I kept telling the nurse to go tell the doctor that my epidural wasn’t working so he could call the anesthesiologist and have him fix it for me and he kept saying no because he needed me to feel when I’m having the contractions so I can push but they already were tracking my contractions so I was a little confused but didn’t pay attention to it too much until now. Eventually he came in and checked to see why the baby was taking so long to come out and he said I had to have a c section because my pubic bone was in the way which was fine, I didn’t mind doing it because I was in soooo much pain. The anesthesiologist then came to a few minutes later to start relieving me of some pain and even told me himself that they should have called him and he would’ve came but he wasn’t sure why they didn’t. He was literally upset for me. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Is there anything I can do about this?
