Same struggle rn, it’s fucking awful 😭😭😭💔❤️🩹

I used Earthly Milk Flow balm. It's supposed to trigger a stronger let down reflex

Relax, have a bath first, start with a breast massage, and cover the bottle your pumping into with a sock so you can't see the output, it can slow it down as you focus so much on what you are getting. Look at photos and videos of baby and try to get all that lovely oxytocin flowing.
Depending on what you are pumping for you could google power pumping.

What pump do you have? Do you have the right flange size?

I have the Medela and it’s flange size 36 it fits me it’s just the milk production

Are you exclusively pumping or pumping after nursing? Pumping after feed, the average output is .5-2oz total. Pumping to replace a feed, average is 2-4oz total. Have you replaced pump parts recently?

I really struggled in the beginning and the biggest bit of advice I can give is to make it as chill as possible - make a cup of tea, find a comfy chair, put on the TV or read a book and cover the pump while you're doing it for at least 20 minutes. If your pump has a letdown setting, then use it every 5 minutes to stimulate the milk. Being relaxed makes such a big difference.
I'd recommend power pumping too, but not yet. Give it a few days and just let your body get used to it. If you're also breastfeeding, then take a short video of your baby doing that to watch every so often. Alternatively, if they're not, then just one of them playing/giggling.

How often do you pump? And are you latching as well?

I tried this 20-10-10 method. It's you pump for 20min(even if you don't get milk the entire time) pause for ten then pump for ten. I was in the hospital and wasn't able to to pump and this help quite a bit. I went for like one or two ounce to 9 ounces with both. I know continuing to pump like every three hours helps as well.

Also brewers yeast in my pancake batter in the morning helped with stabilizing my milk production
