So I’m 23weeks on Tuesday and currently I can feel baby move from the inside (flutters) but I haven’t seen any kicks or movement from the outside . I was wondering if anyone is also going through this or it’s normal or do I wait until 24weeks before I start worrying . As I’m dying to see baby kick🥹

I’ve started feeling small kicks at 22 weeks but they’re very delicate so be patient but if you’re worried maybe go for a scan? X

It's really common not to see movement from the outside until the third trimester, give it time, no need to stress x

I have had kicks for weeks now, especially now obviously since they get stronger, but my spouse was only able to feel them from the outside yesterday at 21+2. If they are strong you may be able to see slight movement but with our pulse and breathing it’s quite hard to tell at this stage, they are not clear like those videos of 30+ weeks pregnant bellies.

What said and also with my first we never saw anything on the outside (I had an anterior placenta and tiny baby)

I'm 23 weeks on Tuesday, too!
This is my second pregnancy, but I haven't been able to feel him move from the outside yet either. As long as you still feel movement, I wouldn't worry.

Ok I’ve come back to recommend you try having a bath, I just had one and baby moved non stop and I saw the first big kick from the outside! It is my first so it was freaky but also so cool! Hope it works for you too ♥️
how do I find out if my placenta is low? Would they have mentioned it in one of the scans?
gonna give that a try tonight actually, fingers crossed it works . Thank you for the tip x
when did you start feeling your first pregnancy move from the outside as this is my first x

@Incog anterior means it’s between baby and the front of your tummy rather than behind - but you can have anterior low, anterior high, posterior low, or posterior high. Ask the midwife at your next checkup as they should have noted it at your anomaly scan!

I'm 24 weeks and yesterday was the first time... I'm sure it'll come ❤️
