Any good couple therapists I can consider? My husband and I really can’t see eye to eye after having a baby and it’s getting extremely draining. We need help asap or it will spiral downwards pretty quick. Any recommendations?

would you suggest a male therapist in terms of actually understanding you as a woman and your needs in a relationship? I’m pretty sure my husband as with 90% of husbands thinks he is in the right and I am just a “nag” and always “negative”, when I have reason to be annoyed etc. I just feel like most men are just tone deaf and unaware, so a male counsellor just sounds… strange 😵💫

It makes sense to have these concerns, i had similar thoughts. however, the therapist works into your relational dynamics and your communication patterns, and they stay neutral
