I do burgers 🍔, but only eat one side of the bun…chicken or steak…

Subway salad if you are out of home, all you need to eat is protein and fiber, more fiber than anything, so eat stakes, chicken and next to it a big salad 🥗 if you want to eat something outside of the diet eat in between a lot of fiber like cucumber, it's how I survive during my pregnancy, because everything fried makes your sugar levels high and carbohydrates also... also fruits makes your sugar levels high, so check the GI levels of fruits if you want to eat it, there's breat low GI, but check well the carbohydrates g. ; Cheese is good option, like grill hallumi, you can also eat fish, and I was also eating a lot of tuna and beans are good also

In Subway I eat chicken teriyaki 👌

Check out the gestational diabetes UK website if you haven’t done so already, they have loads of free recipes. Indian is good, especially the daal, paneer, with basmati rice, you could try and see if you can tolerate the meal. Burgers without the bun? Kebab with salad and a small cup of the rice?
