So my son sleeps with us being that I ebf, I don't know I'm going to get him to sleep on his own, it's like he's required to be held or on my boob to sleep, yes I want my bed back, this is affecting my sleep for sure so bad that I feel so tired during the day, I have a toddler too she sleeps in her own room and bed😮💨 originally the plan was both kids would sleep in the same room but I feel stuck, also he hates taking the bottle I tried and tried but he won't take it for anyone I feel so done on breastfeeding, I feel like it was a mistake on breastfeeding instead of doing bottle 😮💨

It gets easier Mumma. My Lo is now 1 and completely refused a bottle! Tried every expensive bottle including a $200 one that was guaranteed to feel like a mums nip. A good sleep schedule and night routine helps! She started sleeping in her crib at 4m. Including a bath, lotion rubdown, blackout curtains and brown noise in her crib. I kept her up an hour or so after she was sleepy to help her stay asleep. Yes it took a little time but you will get there! Don’t give up just keep your head up! The time will fly before you even know it. I know in the beginning I was starting to regret breastfeeding but honestly I’m going to be doing it again with my current pregnancy. I know you are exhausted now.. try getting a sitter to just get some rest! Sometimes I would just have to go to my mother in laws just to be able to sleep and it was so relaxing. I know not everyone has that option but if your S/O is in the picture, you can try taking shifts. Depending on the age (I started purées at 4m)

He can take over for a 4hr shift to allow you to sleep. It may not seem like much, but 4hrs straight is a lot compared to waking every hour having the babe on the boob.
