Don’t pump just yet. It can mess up your supply and/or cause you to go into labor. You can hand express and collect colostrum! Look up videos on how to properly hand express but leave the pump be for now :)

My OB said not to pump or collect colostrum before the baby is born. Your body takes care of everything once the baby is born.

Your milk supply shouldn’t start until after you’ve given birth, and should take a few days to come in as when baby is born their stomach is about the size of a cherry so they can’t have much milk at first anyway. They tend to drop some weight the first week as their bodies adjust to needing to feed for calories rather than being nourished through the umbilical cord. Hunger will be a new sensation for them.
You definitely do NOT want to start pumping now! You can ask your OB or midwife, too.

Don't ever pump till after birth it could cause preterm labor along with other problems

Like everyone is saying, don’t pump until after baby is born as it could cause you to go into preterm labor. I’m 30 weeks and still breastfeeding my almost 14mo daughter and I’m experiencing contractions like crazy. (I never had contractions this early with my first).
If you’re experiencing pain in your breast right now, try a warm compress or massage them in a hot shower. That always helped me.

Depends on what your ob/midwife says. If you are leaking a lot, I heard they sometimes ok it. but otherwise, wait until after the baby is born.
Hot shower or warm compression can help. Massages can help, too.
