how long should I wait to report reduced movements? I’m 35+6 and baby girl is usually super active to the point where I thought she didn’t sleep and I’ve not felt a thing today. I’m unsure whether to wait as it is only half way through the day and I don’t want to get to hospital just for her to have a crazy moving session

Ring triage and ask for advice :) x

They always start moving like mad when you go in
Try sucking some ice having some.sugar/.caffeine and sitting relaxed with your hands on your belly for about half an hour then call. That's normally the advice from my triage

My little one is like this I’ve been having reduced movements since yesterday so if she don’t sort herself out in next hour or two I’m gonna have to go in and see what’s going on but every times we been to hospital that’s when she wants to start moving around loads but at home she giving us reduced movements it’s really frustrating. But I think the best thing to do is if your having reduced movements defo call up triage and see what they say x

I know it’s sooo frustrating, and when you get to labour ward most likely they will start moving again, but you should never have to provoke your baby to move. If anything is different in their normal pattern and u notice they haven’t been moving when they usually would, always ring and go in. I’ve been in 3 times this week but they keep assuring me I must go every single time even though it seems like a time waste x

Hope you've gone in by now. You aren't supposed to wait at all x

Make sure you are drinking enough as that can affect baby's movements too. Lots of water, something sugary to eat as well xxxxx

I’m 37+3 and was debating ringing up myself couple hours ago, then of course he started going crazyyyy x

Anything out of normal pattern should call triage and ask they are more than happy to check. Think I read never leave it overnight if doesn't feel right
