Anyone else??

My LO has been waking up at 6am then taking a nap at 8. Yesterday he also napped from 2p to 5:30 without waking in between. And he hasn't been sleeping well at night, tossing and turning waking up and falling back asleep he goes to bed at 8 just fine but he's having trouble staying asleep and wants to sleep more during the day, anyone else?? Any advice?

probably just a phase of needing more sleep/ growth spurt

have you tried an earlier bed time? and kinda force baby to stay up until at least 10am so they can nap however long and deep they want and then wake and eat then play outside until shows sleepy cues and then start bedtime routine by that time it should be well before 8pm

My son woke up at 6am for the first time today! Napped around 9. Napped again 2:30 - current. We normally put him to bed around
8:30pm and he's been having the same issues overnight with tossing and turning all night.

Same thing here! I’m wondering if it’s a growth spurt, teething, or it’s a early sign of her naps needing to change soon (2 to 1)

Thank you. I'm glad I'm not alone, I'll try the idea of not letting him nap till 10

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
