Has anyone else conceived during priming phase of IVF?😬😬

We’ve been trying to conceive for a year and a half. We were about to start stim meds after priming and I tested positive this morning!! It was such a shock I took 4 tests! They told me it was impossible for us to get pregnant naturally. I have DOR & my husband has antisperm antibodies, 0 morphology, and low motility.

However,
I was in my priming phase so I’ve been on testosterone, estrogen for the past month. And progesterone for 9 days that ended last Thursday.
Has anyone else gotten pregnant during priming and everything was ok? I have an appt tmrw morning, but I’m nervous to know the answer.

I’ve been taking estradiol 2mg tabs by mouth 2x a day since 3/23. The last one I took this morning prior to finding out.
Topical testosterone 12.5 mg every night from 3/26 to 4/18.

What’s the name of the testosteroe? Did your doctor advise why they recommended priming with these meds before ivf?

They said the testosterone upregulates the estrogen receptors on your ovaries to try and get a better response during stim.
It’s testosterone/VRSBS Gel 1.25%

Had you started on any HCG meds?

I just realised this was 4 days ago. How did the appointment go? 🙏🏼

So I was told by the nurse that testosterone prevents a dominant follicle from forming. I thought it wouldn’t allow me to get pregnant. I had no idea I could.

I’m praying for a boy so hard! The doc said if it’s a girl she could end up with male parts due to the testosterone so early on. She advised me to see a maternal fetal medicine doc. 😰

Chemical pregnancy or too early ?

I did a test last night and straight away the positive line came up. When I tested again this morning it’s negative. My period isn’t due until Tuesday but feeling really crap and pregnant for the last week

Ovulation

If I had sex yesterday (Saturday) n my ovulation date is on Tuesday is it possible I could get pregnant?

Could this be like my ovulation is about to start from this ovulation test

I'm so not meant to be a mother.

My kids won't listen to me get into stuff when they know they aren't supposed to. Telling me no all the time. Only listen to their dad. Laughs when I correct them. I spend most of my time yelling at them because they don't want to listen to me at all. My husband said that I shouldn't have kids. And I am believing him on it. I was never meant to be a mother now. I won't hurt my kids I just want to disappear and make everyone else's lives better without me.

One and done… or not?

32ftm. I’m starting to feel so much pressure to have another baby soon as I wean from breastfeeding so they can be close in age and be friends, but I don’t feel ready for pregnancy and newborn trenches again 😭 my husband and I are all we’ve got. Having just one baby without a village has been really tough. Am I being unrealistic wanting another one soon?

I had a positive ovulation test yesterday and had unprotected sex the night before. I took the EllaOne pill last night. Has anyone had this before? Was it effective if you’d already seen the positive ovulation?
