Sleeping - how did you actively change the sleeping patterns?

*sleeping question* has been any of you able to actively change the night sleeping pattern of your baby? And if so, how??

I love my party boy to death but our Ibiza life style needs to change. I am too old for that!

He goes to sleep at 7pm and wakes up at 9.30pm, 12am, 3am, 5am 7am and finally 9.30am.
He eats every single time and then goes back to sleep straight away.

We had already a massive improvement because he doesn't need rocking or walking now.

I expressed milk to check if it was just comfort feeding and realised he does drink a good amount every time.

Online I checked that you could try to merge the feeds by pushing forward the time of one and anticipate the time of the next one. I tried and he loudly disagreed.

I may do something wrong in the day. He is soo much into everything that eats every 3-4hours. I don't know what to do 🤷🏻‍♀️

Apologies If I've mis read but have you tried adjusting his day feeds so he feeds more regularly? You might be able to get an extra feed or 2 down him that way and him be less likely to wake in the night. I.e feed him just before the 3 hour mark rather than towards the 4?

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

My little one is struggling with sleep

Hey! I'm in need of some advice please girls! My little boy is 20 months turns 21 months in 2 half weeks. He use to sleep through the night now he is waking up every single night in the early morning, I've had to transition him to a toodler bed as he kept climbing out his cot. Just need some advice on what I can do to help him get back in to a sleep pattern?

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
