I’m really done now. I’ve persisted again and again with my little one. Week after week of no sleep is messing with my head. Up every 45 mins. She had 9.30 hours sleep (not including the hour she was awake for between being up constantly) and I’m at a loss of how to navigate sleep during the day. She woke up at 5.30 and is already down for a nap and I’m just too tired to carry on.
Between the calculating, the nap windows, the wake windows, the regression I’ve just exhausted all options and it’s not even slightly getting better. I’ve got no help at all no one else to take the burden or do a night shift it all falls on me.
I don’t know what to do for my baby and I feel like it must be something I’m doing making her wake so much at night. Tried bed sharing and she still wakes every hour and it’s taking whatever bit of life I have left I’m at an all time low

How old is he or she ? X
She’s coming up to 9 months. Trying to attempt to transition from 3 to 2 naps but she’s having such little night sleep that I can’t even start to try

Ok, here is what I did. Move baby to their own room if you can. My LO slept so much better after this. I also watched this free video from a sleep consultant and we moved from my LO waking up every half an hour, to now putting himself to bed and sleeping 8 hours through.

Message me I won’t judge you I’ve been there x

Babies can learn to sleep, but it's a still which needs teaching, like everything theyre learning they need help, and we do too as mums! After watching the videos I decided to buy her sleep training book as I couldn't afford the hundreds of pounds for a sleep consultant. https://amzn.eu/d/dA6lKdV

I used the Pampers sleep app which really helped us x

I have totally been here too & still getting there. I tried a routine and I baracaded myself in doors for weeks trying to get him to sleep at the nap times he should be doing! It drove me mad and I felt awful. I have found working with wake windows the best it’s about 3 hrs at 9 months. And prob need about 3.5 - 4 before bedtime. We have just put him in his own room too and he’s gone from waking up 6/7 times to twice 😱😱😱😱😱😱 and that’s in just a few days, feel like a new woman xx

thanks for sharing x

We cosleep and during teething it really helped for me to get any sleep

Try the book The Helping Babies Sleep Method by Dr Sarah Mitchell. It was a life saver for me x
