Going with someone or talking to your doctor about anti-depressants. Total game changer.
Try signing up for classes instead of leaving what to do up to you. Instructors and working out with a group of people can be way more fun than being solo!
I’m so sorry you’re having a difficult time. One of the best ways to deal with depression is 1) talk to a professional—a therapist can help. There’s many apps available now. 2) go outside and walk for 10-15 min or just go outside for 10 min and stretch. Sunlight helps a lot with sleep, mood, and hormone regulation. Plus, it’s a little bit of movement. I hope that helps!
Hi! I am a wellness specialist and wanting to start up my mother’s group again soon. I coach mental health, nutrition, and we have fun fitness classes for all stages of motherhood. Let me know if you (any of you!) would be interested in more information. The group is always so fun, so empowering, and the mommas inspire me more than any other group or client I’ve had. Nothing is more powerful than a mother and I’m so excited to get another great group together!🥰❤️
Thank you all for taking the time to help me I truly appreciate it. I will go ahead and seek help through my doctor and I will go walking with friends and maybe pick up a class or two. Thank you again!
Just messaged Chelsea about this… Also, let me add that I only need 3-4 committed mommas to get the group running again. Happy to offer a free month trial as we work out the kinks and get moving! If you’re interested, invite your mom, your friends, women you know that are trying to convince, mothers who have suffered loss, step moms, adoptive moms, ALL moms are welcome here.🩷
j go and walk on the treadmill!! trust 🩵
When I get like this, I try telling myself that I will only go for a little bit or that I will just walk on the treadmill and watch a show I like on my phone. It typically tricks my sad brain into being able to go lol
Go with someone else untill it becomes a habit again?
