Potty training

I think it’s time to potty train my now 2 year old daughter. Any advice, suggestions or ideas (links if have any) I’m a FTM that also works full time. She is acting interested to me. So any help would be great and welcome

Have to tried to call her into the bathroom when you have to go?? Like if you have to pee, do you call her and tell her to sit on her potty chair and pee ? Idk

We haven’t started anything yet. But every time I go to the bathroom she is literally right behind me. And I caught her twice in the past few days trying to climb onto the potty

There's a 3 day method you can look up on you tube, you basically move into the bathroom for 3 days straight 🤣 that's how I trained my daughter..

I plan on potty training over a long weekend in June. I would definitely recommend the book “oh crap potty training”. Its similar to the 3 day method in that you ditch the diapers completely (except for sleep). And no pull ups, as that is just another kind of diaper and actually just prolongs the process.

My son turned 2 March 9 and daycare suggested giving it a go, starting commando. We read the “oh crap” book. He still poops his pants a lot and we do diapers at night but he’s crushing the pees. We just take him every couple hours and when we’re out, we show him the potty right off the bat. The first time he wet his pants he knew it wasn’t quite right and it only took a few times. We’ve generally learned when he might poop and we always bring xtra pants but #2 is tough. He will look at us and go “oh no poopy”. That gives us about 10 seconds to get to the potty. But it’s getting better. The other day we made it, unfortunately it was a trash can at a park 🫣
