I am looking for a part for flexible hours remote job. But it is hard to find because there are a lot of scams and they’re not legit job. Any advice remote flexible part-time job?

I found flexible remote work on idealist.org (filter results to part-time remote). I think it's hard to determine how flexible jobs are before the interview-- you really gotta ask them in advance how much time is required to be on screen or in meetings. one of the jobs i found there required too many meetings so I ended up quitting 7 months in.. it was a second job. now i always ask in the interviews how much time is required on screen, cuz if its more than a few hours a week Im not interested 🙃
