They are not adjustable so when baby is small, their legs will be overextended. When they are older, their legs will be dangling. I would say the same tfpr Artipoppe. You pay the price for the aesthetics but not for functionality.
@Thao thank you for information. Did you use a carrier ? Of yes do you have any suggestions which is the best ?
Artipoppe are definitely adjustable so they can be made narrower for newborns and then adjusted to be larger as they grow. The Bizzi Growin look identical in style but I couldnāt find that information anywhere on their website so we opted for the Artipoppe instead. https://artipoppe.com/instructions/image/zeitgeist-baby-carrier/adjusting/#:~:text=The%20Zeitgeist%20Baby%20Carrier%20is,positions%20meeting%20your%20baby's%20growth.
@Timi look into Tula or LennyLamb. For newborns, a stretchy might be better, but older children, those 2 brands. You can go to your sling consultant/ sling library to try different brands and style
This doesnāt look like itās very supportive on their legs if Iām honest. Also the velvet will be so impractical, babies are sick and dribble and get snot everywhere. Would look gross so easily. If you want something thatās both supportive and looks nice then the ergo baby ones are good. We had an ergo baby omni 360 in beige and added one of their pretty dribble attachments to it and it looked cute but was also practical.
I bought this one and only used it once. My baby didnāt seem comfortable in it and i also found it harder to put it on. And one part of it got ripped just after one use. I ended up buying baby bjorn baby carrier and i love this one. Itās very easy to put on as well without needing anyoneās help
@Timi Iāve also heard of another carrier called Mabe. Itās an American brand but they ship to the U.K. as well. They are similar to Artipoppe and Bizzi, but I found their website more informative compared to the Bizzi Growin one https://mabeproducts.com/
@Thao artipoppe is adjustable on this front
@Megan thank you for the advice and great spot with the material I didnāt even think about that š«£ definitely will look into the ergo baby ones thank you š¤©
@Aneesa thank you it is so helpful to hear your experience.
@Victoria Artipoppe unfortunately are out of my price range š«£ but it is good to know that they are adjustable.
@Thao I heard about the Tula, but didnāt find much information about them. I didnāt hear about the Lennylamb but definitely will have a look thank you š¤©
@Thao so grateful for this information. I never heard of sling consultant or sling library and I just looked into it and canāt wait to book an appointment š
