Start with just commenting on what he is doing. Saying you enjoy it. Maybe ask him for something else you want or how you want it (faster, harder etc) Ask him if he likes what you are doing. Do you want more etc. Depends how dirty you want to go. Can use particular names for him or you. You get more comfortable as time goes on and establish what works for you both. Also if it's working for you I find you stop worrying about being embarrassed.
