I've seen a lot of different things about pumps and I'm wondering if changing pumps might actually improve my milk supply. I use mom cozy s12 pros at the moment and I've seen people say they swapped to a different make or brand and saw a huge difference. I'm just wondering if thats true and what affordable pumps I should look at, I'm in UK.

I have a Medela swing and it works pretty well. Before you shell out on a new pump is the flange size you’re using correct? That could affect the amount you get just as much

I’ve never really got on with my momcozy s12 but have seen better output since replacing the silicon parts and getting a flange insert. But still find it really frustrating and have to hold it in the exact right place for it to work which isn’t great for a hands free!

Honestly the Spectra S1 has been a game changer for me, you get the 15% discount on Amazon with your baby wish list. It’s an electric hospital grade pump, I’m obsessed with it now as it’s really upped my supply! I’m consistently pumping 3 times per day, morning, evening and middle of the night.
