I’m 6 weeks and 2 days and I CANNOT 😭🤢 the only thing ive been able to keep down is chicken noodle soup and saltine crackers! Maybe try those? Especially the chicken noodle soup from Chick-fil-a 😋

Try very small sips of water and wait 5- 10 mins in between each sip! After an hour or 2 of that I usually come back to life 😅

how good do those work?

Avatar

is actually really like them. But its different for everyone. I like the suckers more then the drops tho

and ur able to keep down food???

Avatar

Sometimes candies work too! It's different for everyone I've noticed but for me it was sour so I bought a huge bag of jolly ranchers

take more and I would advise just straight b6… preggy drops are only 10 mg and have added sugar and unnecessary coloring which is banned in most countries .. you want to be taking at least 25 mg b6 every 4 hours.. I have been and have barely any sickness at 9 weeks

Avatar

if you can switch to electrolyte packs ( without the food dye) no need to be consuming extra dye . Added coloring is banned In other countries and linked to diseases etc here.. :) just a tip

Acupressure bands from the minute I wake up- along with lemon essential oil. You can also buy a natural inhaler called “stomach soother” but I’m convinced b6 deficiency is a huge culprit- along with low vitamin d, magnesium, and low protein intake.. try to up all these things, ginger as well helps, tea/ chews etc. but my natropath did say not to rely on such low doses if it’s really bad, 500 mg of ginger powder capsules twice a day can really help as well.

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!
