How can I fix my babies super light sleeping?
She falls asleep on the boob but moving her onto the bed or crib instantly wakes her up. She also falls asleep on car rides or walks in the carrycot but as soon as the car or pushchair stops moving she’s awake again. Even just moving her to an upright position to burp her wakes her up completely.
I found feeding her while sidelying in bed allows her to stay in bed without waking up but I want her to sleep in her next to me crib rather than in our bed, especially since I have to keep switching sides of the bed in the night to feed her each side at alternating feeds.

Have you tried letting her sleep in the position for a little bit longer so she goes into a deeper sleep before moving her?
yep! I have tried both moving her to crib right away and even letting her sleep 10, 15, 30, 45 and more minutes then moving her she always wakes up!
I even did the “deep sleep arm test” still she woke up

Not sure how old your baby is, but mine used to sleep lightly. She’s 14 weeks now and I’d say within the last 2-3 weeks, she’s gotten so much better with staying asleep when moving her. I think it’ll happen for you with age.
In addition for waiting until she’s deep in sleep, we try to replicate the environment where she fell asleep. For example, if she fell asleep in the car with music/podcast and windows down, we’ll turn on the tv (lowly) and fan in the house before bringing her in

Have you tried lighting warming the cot mattress before lying baby down? Often they wake because the mattress is very cold compared to your arms/ your bed that they’ve fallen asleep on.
Never leave a hot water bottle in the cot with baby and don’t heat it too much just enough to take the chill off so it’s a neutral temperature x
she’s 12 weeks at the moment, hoping she also gets better soon! Seems to be in some sort of sleep regression at the moment.
Will definitely try the replicating environment and see if that works for her
that’s a great idea! I’ll try with a water bottle to see if she likes a warmer cot better. Currently she wakes up whilst I’m still putting her down so might be not work but worth a try!
