Baby movements?
I'm exactly 18 weeks today and think I've felt movements the last few days - some pops and some sort of rolling movement if that makes sense? Fairly frequent since yesterday.
But then today I've also had lots of sort of muscle spasm type sensations, always in exactly the same spot, about an inch below my belly button / just above where my underwear sits, completely central. Is this normal and is it likely to be the baby? I've seen things saying muscle spasm can be the baby but that actual cramps wouldn't be - it's hard to tell the difference. Don't think it's round ligament due to the location.

The feeling of a muscle spasm is very similar to baby movement, can you see the ‘spasm’ if you look at your tummy? If you can, it’s probably you seeing & feeling your babies first kicks. I’m 18+5 and I can see baby kicking and moving now, if you aren’t familiar with the feeling then I’d definitely say it can feel like spasms! Put your hand on your tummy next time you feel it. I’d say it’s definitely baby x
