How much day sleep are your 10 month olds having and how well do they sleep at night?

My boy has always been a shit sleeper but sleeps well during the day. He was having 2.5-3 hours over two naps but he had his first day of nursery yesterday and only slept 1 hour and 20 mins…but best nights sleep we’ve had in ages. So thinking I should chop his naps. But worried about him getting overtired. I basically don’t know what I’m doing 🤯😂

My boy sleeps 1.5 hours max during the day since starting nursery and has never slept better. I did just bring his bedtime forward by 15 mins to avoid any overtiredness … so far so good!! X

My boys always been an awful sleeper at night, but he has around 2-3 hours of sleep in the day. He doesn’t go to nursery yet but will soon, so I’m interested to see if this helps improve his night sleep, I really hope so🙏🏽

My LG sleeps minimal at childcare, maybe 30-45 minutes and then maybe a snooze when she gets in about 4 ish. She goes out like a light by 7.20 and sleeps for 11-12 hours xx

Currently so fed up LG used to sleep 2.5 hours in the day over 2 or 3 naps and 11 hrs at night (+ 1 wake for a feed)

Since starting nursery a few weeks ago, she will barely nap even at home and frequently wakes at night

I've not been able to put her down the past couple nights she has been asleep on me

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲
