I'm almost 5 months pp, and I think slow to heal. I feel fine mostly just when I do certain things I get really sore or sharp pains still. The most painful thing is putting baby in tummy time on the floor and lifting him back up after.
Every few weeks I give it a try for a few days (to use floor not bed for tummy time) because I feel my baby needs that. And the pains are the same. I'll get random sharp pains that last for days after:/ anyone else feel this way?
Kind of feels like a stab deep near the incision and makes me feel like I shouldn't even bend and lift like that yet... but I mean it has been 5 months my goodness

Yes that sounds like me and baby ,so I asked dr but tbh feel like they aren’t listening or just quick to give pain pills. I abstain and most I take is children Tylenol or ibuprofen. I feel like it’s body pains getting back to doing more after surgery. So please go slow I’m 5 months pp too and tbh getting in the floor took a lot for me now I can do it but the longer I’m down there girl my aches ache 😣🤣 if you have new swelling or bleeding more …then that activity not for you yet start of slow not a running start is my advice 🧘♀️🤓
