You should be still waking them up for feeds my little one is 6 months old and my pedi still recommends I wake every 6 hrs

It depends. If they have regained their birth weight and dr is happy with their growth, it's usually fine to let them sleep. If they aren"t gaining according to their curve dr may recommend waking to feed.
Also formula babies tend to sleep more and longer at night.
It's not unusual for some babies to start going long stretches at night super early. Mine was doing 10 hours by 3 months and since then there have been regressions, but for the most part she will sleep through. 6.5 months.
She’s formula fed now and regained birth weight straight away

You should be fine then letting baby sleep! Of course you can ask at her next pediatrician appt but it should be fine! Formula holds longer in their tummies since it's slower to digest than breastmilk so they stay fuller longer.

If baby has regained birth weight let em sleep xx
