thank you x

So the GP will know their own, I hope that helps x

Will you not just need to attach a photo of your mat1b?

Normally they’ll just take a copy of your mat b1 form - the midwife should have given it to you after your 20 week scan

as it says it above my boss doesn’t want to give it to me 😫

it has to be original one and it says in the post that my boss doesn’t want to give it to me 😫

I’m confused, your boss won’t give you what?

my Mat B1

@Wiktoria but you could take a photo (always sensible before submitting something like this) or your boss could send you a photo if they already have it. So they can keep it

I called helpline, I’ve been told they only accept original copy

Just argue with your boss about it, that’s what I had to do. Was told they want original from the beginning and lately I’ve found out I can claim mat grant so emailed them to be told that they will keep it as they are paying out my SMP. Then emailed them again saying that I need the original to claim certain gov funds and was told they shouldn’t have the original in the first place and it’s been posted back to me today. Don’t let them walk over you and you’ll see it back trust me x
