Expressing Colostrum Struggles

it may be easier expressing into a sterile cup/bottle and then syringing it out of there rather than directly from the nipple x

The best thing I found that I ordered earlier today was a load of 3gram/ml cosmetic pots that would be perfect to freeze and are sterile. I was going to express then put it into that but I suppose I could do it the other way round? x

either way round would work, just however you’re happy to store them! could always express straight into them if able to and then you can just freeze the whole thing then you don’t have to worry about little droplets being left behind :)

I cant even get enough out thats worth collecting 😩 its like literally a couple drops. I dont know if im doing it wrong or what

have faith lovely. The first week for me was just prepping my body. I find straight after a shower and then use some heat for 5/10 mins and then if you syringe drop by drop and squeeze and hold for 5-10 seconds at a time then within 20 mins you’ll get something worth storing xx

just take away the pressure. I was originally taking myself to the bath fairy lights and trying to almost romanticise myself but found I actually flowed much better sat in the front room next to my partner just watching tv. But have faith xxx
