Anyone else’s 28 month old having a sleep regression !?

My LB suddenly started refusing some afternoon naps and then staying up talking and singing in cot for about 2hours before falling asleep 😫 he did this last year too. I’m trying to make sure the windows of awake time are met but he’s also got a lot fussier with things and more frustrated with everything recently.
It’s really draining the life out of me 😩

Yes! Since Saturday bedtime is a fight for us, he use to be put down in bed at 6 and fall asleep himself by 6:30pm but now it’s taking up to 2 hours each night to settle him, I’m not sure what’s going on. The only thing I could think of is the change in weather and the light nights have affected him. He normally has 1 nap through the day, around 1-1&1/2 hours and that has become a struggle too now we mainly time going out in the car for his nap to have a little 30 minutes which is better than nothing for him

Yes!! I googled it and couldn’t find much but I’m pretty sure this is a sleep regression. I think wake windows have increased?

Taking agesssss to fall asleep at bedtime, like 9.30pm 😬

Omg yes! Just started 2 weeks ago. Always been a brilliant sleeper, even as a newborn. But now he is fighting his afternoon nap for about 2 hours. Then eventually drops off at like 4pm and wakes up close to bed time. So then he can't get back to sleep until about 10pm. When we've tried to go without the nap he is just awful and grumpy. I think it's going to be like this until he's ready to drop it completely.

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
