My 13 month old naps from 10:30-12:30 ish and stays up until 6 ish before he starts yawning. I start bedtime routine at 6:30, he’s normally in bed by 7 sometimes 8. ( bedtime varies from day to day. ) only consistent thing is his nap time everyday.

what time does he wake up in the morning?

6:30 more/less . I’m a teacher so we’re used to being up at 5am and out the house by 6. Since it’s summer we still haven’t adjusted to being able to “sleep in” 🫠

He goes to daycare when I’m working so I’m kind of keeping him on the same routine so I don’t have any issues when he returns in the fall.

We wake up at 7am. Nap 1-3/3:30. Bed around 8/8:30pm. Sometimes we do a 2-nap day to accommodate plans or a long drive we know she’ll fall asleep during. We just cap naps and make sure she doesn’t sleep past 4:30.

My 13 month old girl wakes around 6:30/7 AM, takes a 2-2.5 nap around 10:30, and then goes to bed around 6:30/7 PM, very similar to Jenny. I wasn’t expecting her to transition to one nap this early but she kept pushing bedtime to almost 10 PM with 2 naps so we gave it a shot and she’s been rocking it! 4 hrs in the morning has her on the brink of crankiness but she will push 6+ hrs after her 1 nap and show no signs of crankiness near bedtime.

How do y’all get your babies to sleep till 630/7?! lol. We’re up at 530. 6 if we’re lucky…bedtime at 730

My twins been on one nap since around 6-7 months and it has been working fine. We switched night routine they used to be down by 7 now they go to sleep around 8 and latest is 8:30 waking up at 8am. So normally our schedule goes wake up 8am, breakfast can be between 9:30-10 we play, we dress up and at 11:30 I put them down and by 12 or latest 12:20 they sleep until 2 sometimes 2:30-3, they eat lunch, we play, snack before dinner at 6 or 6:30. Night routine starts at 7:30 sometimes 7:45 depending how much energy they have.

I am off during the summer and my daughter wakes up around 8:30 and is up until 1, naps 1-2:45/3 and then is up until between 8-9pm. I would prefer her to get up around 7/7:30 so we can get a walk in before it gets too hot

My daughter naps once a day for a couple hours, I shoot for the nap to be around noon so she can start bedtime at 830. She gets up for the day at 7-730

Wakes at 6-7am, lucky if we get one nap, usually around 2pm but will nap for 2 hours when he does, bedtime at 8:30. I'd be more concerned about the lack of nap if he didn't sleep well at night, but he sleeps like a stone.

This thread is blowing my mind. My 13 month old sleeps in until 6:15 *if we’re lucky* and I can’t get him to stay awake past 7pm for bedtime. Still on 2 naps. What am I doing wrong :(

I just noticed your comment and just wanted to give a little encouragement that you're not doing anything "wrong"! Every baby is different, in my personal experience my baby was waking up 5-6 am and I realized she was sleeping too much during the day (teething wasn't helping lol) I hope you get more rest soon🌼

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
