Pregnant pays child support and homeless

Hi so my kids are with my family and I recently well last year was put on child support. I'm not complaining about paying. But the amount I pay made me homeless. The father does not pay because according to his words he threaten to sign his rights over if he was put on child support. So I pay over a thousand a month. I tried to have it lower but my aunt who has them won't budge but she doesn't have their dad paying. Paying has got me homeless leaving in a hotel. I am remarried and currently pregnant. And she does not care. I asked my aunt politely to lower it due to missing work due to my appointments and she still won't budge. I'm going in front of the judge next week and then I have contempt as well. Since I quit the job I had because my last 2 checks were $0 I have a new job so it hasn't been being taken out and I can't afford to pay due to having to pay for a roof over my head. Like I don't know what else I can do. I'm about to be locked up due to it. And my girls are going to suffer because of it. And she don't care. Any advice will do. I'm trying to do the right thing but I am out of ideas.

Ask for it to be reviewed again

I have they ask my aunt if it's ok and she always says no. She's the one stopping it. I've asked her nicely as well. Like I don't mind paying but when it has me being homeless. She don't even work she's mentally not their so she gets SSI. I work for what I got and right now that is not much. She gets paid for having my girls. And if I get them back she would lose everything. That is why she's being like this.

Is there any way for you to get them back? Would that be a better situation? Would you telling her you will file for full custody if she doesn’t lower the payment be enough to scare her into it?

We are going to trial at the end of August and I'm hoping to have a place big enough by then. Then anything can happen. But in the meantime she is trying everything she can to stop me.

Is there any kind of government subsidized housing near you that you could qualify for for now? I think your best option is to get in a position to get them back of the courts won’t adjust payments without her agreement 🙁

I went back to him and now on the same boat. He's kicking me out again. And it's over nothing. He just started coming at me because he's 9 year old daughter went maybe 4 hours without a meal but she did have a snack. So he was expecting me to put my job on hold I work from home, to make her something to eat and she even told him that she wasn't hungry until she had dinner. But I'm in the wrong. I'm almost 7 months pregnant and he can care less. Denying the baby again calling me every name in the book had me sleeping on the floor until I complained. I was yelling and I'm on the wrong for yelling for how he has been treating me. Saying I'm crazy and that he is recording me. Like he is the one who started it. Making me feel like I don't matter to him. Like I'm just a nobody. When I'm his pregnant wife. But he just cares about his 9 year old. He can care less about his unborn son.

One friend has big house, career and boyfriend

Other out of a long term relationship and being single having fun etc

Before baby we would all hang at my
Apartment, chat eat and just have
Fun.

Now I don’t even get a text to ask how my baby is, how I am. I really thought they would be awesome aunties. But honestly they don’t care.

They meet up a lot to do cool things, which I can’t be upset about as I can’t as I have my baby.

I don’t know I feel sad about it.

31 weeks pregnant and lonely

How to deal with loneliness in pregnancy when your boyfriend goes out with his friends drinking 😅🥲 I only have three friends, two are never really free and one lives back in Liverpool and has her own set of friends where she goes to raves and goes on holiday with them lol. My boyfriend is going out soon for the night as it’s sunny and I’ll just be sat here crying like every single time! When does it stop 🤣

Loosing connection

I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and my partner can’t and hasn’t come anywhere near me sexually for about 12 weeks or so now. We tried but he got put off saying he was worried he was hurting the baby. I’ve spoken to him about this trying to tell him he can’t and he’s no where near, I’ve sent him email links I’ve had through on newsletters. My libido is through the roof and I’m worried we will drift apart if we don’t have aex again soon.

Has anyone else had issues with their friends that aren't pregnant or have kids?

I have a friend at work and we've become really close over the years. But ever since I become pregnant she just doesn't understand anything I'm going through which is fine except for the fact that the past few days I have been exhausted physically and socially. We have been helping another friend out for about a month now and we've had to keep him entertained as he's going through a rough time right now and it's drained me socially . my friend at work is frustrated because I'm not talking a lot and I'm exhausted and she doesn't understand why and I'm just curious if anybody else has had issues with friends that are not going to the same thing or have gone through the same thing as you connecting with you because she's literally mad at me. She stopped talking to me at work today and I just don't understand what to do.
