first trimester! 💗

hii i’m in my first trimester currently 7 weeks, i made a past post about what i am struggling with, and im sure many other women went through this too. i’ve been having nausea all day and throwing up 4 times+ daily, to the point where i throw up some liquids and have a dramatic decrease in appetite and liquid intake. im trying everything: crackers as soon as i wake up, pedialite to rehydrate myself, small snacks, taking prenatals at night, sparkling water, ginger candies, etc. and nothing is helping 😭, i feel very weak and bed ridden because of the intense nausea, i went to doctors and they told me all this was normal but they mentioned the duo vitamin b6 and unisom, personally i dont want to take unisom but im open to try vitamin b6, any mommas that took it? what dosage did you take and did it actually help. they said its supposed to go away at 12 weeks but i cant even imagine a whole month of this😖

Girl my first trimester was horrible. I went through everything you saying and nothing helped absolutely nothing. I was trying everything. Chewing gum kind of helped at times and I was prescribed promethazine and that started help towards the end of my 1st trimester. I couldn’t handle any vitamins when I was in my first trimester but if you can handle it try it to see if it helps. Hang in there. And take it day by day, it’s hard but it does get better, you got this!!

For me what helped was vanilla ice cream. Nothing in it no cookie dough or sprinkles just plain vanilla ice cream. The first trimester was strictly just surviving tbh i felt so shitty every day. Being in the car even for a few seconds had me throwing up so i didnt go anywhere. I ate crackers mostly. And milkshakes. Try getting a smoothie or a protein shake somewhere & sip slow💕💗🫶🏻 also for me the ginger made my nausea worse. Only vanilla ice cream & crackers helped for me
