I'm not sure where to reach out for help but I'm going to try here.
I'm suffering with OCD and have become obsessed with naps. My 11 month old baby is so difficult to get to nap that every day I wonder how I'm going to do it, and I obsess over it. It's unhealthy.
Are there any mums that just get on with their day and do not worry about naps at all? How do you do it? Need inspiration! Help!

I was really obsessed with naps and very particular the first 10 months. I would get really anxious when my baby won't nap because I would end up rocking her for hours and that basically ruined my whole day. I have started sleep training once she turned 10 months old and she's so much better now. I still worry about her not napping but I've tried to occupy myself with something else like watching netflix or doing some cleaning, so I'm not too worried. I just sort of following her cues. If she doesn't want to nap I will continue doing my own stuff and let her play abit and try again later.

Not nap OCD but I have OCD around my daughter drinking (how much milk she has). She has suffered w8th a bottle aversion since she was a newborn so every oz of milk was a struggle. It's given me terrible OCD and anxiety x

I was the same! Totally obsessed. Drove my family mad. All because her night sleep was terrible.
Now she has learned to fall asleep independently I don’t stress as much. Well apart from when she is at nursery and barely naps!
Thanks everyone...made me feel less alone in this! His night sleep isn't too bad now but used to be awful so I think it stems from that. I cannot get him down for a nap easily so I always dread that every day!
