Please send help!!! My toddler keep digging poop out of her diaper

I saw someone else on TikTok with the same issue they ended up putting footless pjs on their kid backwards so they couldn’t un do it themselves and they had no access to diaper. As far as the touching and itching that’s normal behavior as long as it’s not prolong like doing it for hours at a time. Hopefully that helps

My son has started doing this also. It's normal behavior unfortunately due to being curious about their bodies and sensations but my solution is he must now wear pants or long pajamas at all times that he can't undo himself along with pull up style diapers instead of tab diapers until we are ready to potty train

Do you think she’s ready to potty train? I potty trained my 18 month old when she was 17 months because she could tell when she was going in her diaper. It might be worth a shot🤷‍♀️

I would start potty training. She is aware of the presence of poop in her diaper so seems like a great time! I’m about to read the book Oh Crap and then potty train.

Alternatively, if you says she’s itching, make sure she doesn’t have worms. That causes babies to scratch and itch as well.

My cousin actually said the same thing about potty training. She actually took her diaper off today and peed so now I'm thinking she's ready
