How are yall holding up?

I’m SUF-FFFERING
I am so nauseous, my stomach is bubbling all the time
My brain can’t process hunger
I’m soo tired
I work 5am-10am
And stay home with my toddler after that
She’s using me as a kissing doll/playground
All day and I’ve been letting her watch so much tv
I feel so guilty

How far along are you?
As far as the mom guilt goes - your toddler will be totally fine! You’re doing the best you can 💕

if it makes you feel better, with both of my pregnancies week 6 was the absolute worse. After that, I was so much better. I’m now 8 weeks and feel like a different person than I did at 6 weeks. 😅

Oh good!
I had read it was the peak!
And I’m so glad to hear someone say that was their true experience
Thank you!

Literally at week 6 I had ZERO appetite, major food aversions, I was so hungry but everything sounded disgusting. Week 7 was definitely better and better each day, and now week 8 I pretty much have my normal appetite back. As long as I eat every 2ish hours I feel pretty normal! I feel a little “blah” if I get too hungry, but nothing compared to week 6 😅

I’m in the same boat.. feeling horrible.. Im not sure how I’m going to be productive at work these next few weeks.. I almost want to tell someone I’m pregnant so I don’t get fired lol.

I did! I was gonna wait way longer but week 6 was so hard I went ahead and told HR and my manager that I was pregnant and they were SO supportive!

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!

Anyone else’s owlet pi##ing them off ?!?! It goes off 5/6 a night saying it can’t get a reading and needs a snug fit. My baby is 8 months old so moves a lot. It is driving me insane and I keep end up taking it off!!
