Discharge

In my experience green vaginal discharge is either a bacterial infection, or an STI.
If your GP only did a chlamydia swab I would be asking for a full STI blood and urine check. Also a different swab is used to check for bacterial infections I'm not sure what country you're in or what they use there but usually a chlamydia swab will only pick up chlamydia and doesn't pick up any bacterial infections so I'd recommend that as well :)
Green discharge doesn't usually mean thrush, at all, in my experience.
BV discharge tends to be white/grey. I wouldnt try a treatment for that until you have got another swab because it could interfere with the results
Green usually means you need treatment with antibiotics (bacterial, or STI)

I got a full sti screening done in April and I haven’t had any intercourse since hence why we’re sure it’s not that as I’ve been in so much pain with this pregnancy. I stay in the UK so not sure how different things work here but with the checks they’ve done they’ve said there is no indication of infection hence why I’m stuck on what’s going on

Hmm green discharge WITHOUT any kind of bacterial infection?? I've never heard of that being a thing...
So if your STI screen came back all clear, I would definitely be thinking bacterial infection, other than that... pelvic inflammatory disease?... I've got nothing else for green discharge!

Unless you had intercourse in March/April and then got an sti check before the sti established in the body. Which can also happen 🤔

I’ll definitely be phoning them back Monday morning to try see a doctor again because physically I feel fine there’s been no other symptoms other than the discharge which has no smell there’s no itching or discomfort. The discharge isn’t everyday it’s random just sometimes I go to the bathroom and it’s there so really confused on what’s happening. I have been experiencing pelvic pain which my midwife said was normal so they gave me strong painkillers but I wonder if there’s something deeper going on so I’ll definitely push to get some tests done

Have a look into Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and see if you feel like it fits. If STI and bacterial infection have been ruled out. It is a condition that gets missed a lot.

I’ve had something like this throughout my whole pregnancy turned out it’s strep B but they are saying that strep B has no symptoms which doesn’t make sense, only during labour will they give antibiotics for the infection something about it passing to baby if not given and if I have a vaginal delivery, I also had a chlamydia test at the gp which came back clear they wanted me to have a full screening done in a walk in centre but I haven’t had time to arrange that yet so in a week or two I’ll have a full screening done as well
