I can relate! Looking in the mirror is definitely hard.
But I keep reminding myself that what I see is not what the people around me see. My body has done something formidable and brought my little angel to life. I have also went on and bought new clothes in a new style because let’s be real my pre-pregnancy clothes do not fit me anymore. And I am starting to feel more comfortable.
I know it is extremely difficult to talk to yourself at the moment but you do look gorgeous. And your baby girl is lucky to have a healthy mama.
Hang in there. I believe it does get better and eventually we do find ourselves again.

Let me start off with you look amazing. And I know it's hard to see something good about our bodies, because we are our worst critics. And I know for me, I sometimes catch myself comparing myself from my pre-pregnancy body. But I always remind myself that I had a baby, a beautiful healthy baby boy. Things will never go back to normal. One thing a friend of mine as told me to do, is when looking in the mirror say at least 2-3 thungs that you like about your body, and it'll be hard for a bit, but after awhile all you will see is that you are perfect in your own way. You got this :)

What helps me is wearing clothes that flatters my current body and shows off the parts I do feel good about. So leggings with a looser top that covers my butt, dresses that cinch right under the boobs and are flowy on the bottom.

Girllll you just had your baby girl. You’ll look back at this a few months to a year from now and smile because you got through it. They don’t tell us that after we have a baby we’ll NEVER be our old selves again. Relearning who you are is so tough. Be gentle with yourself. You literally created life and we downplay that way too much these days. Your body will change 5 more times this year too lol
