My 7 months old screams and cry if I leave her even for a bit with my husband or anyone. I think is going through seperation anxiety. Any tips how to get over this period soon??

My son did that for a bit about a month ago (so around that age), just had to ride it out, let him hang out with papa or Nana without me there, and he'd scream at first but when offered toys or fun activities would get distracted and chill out, then when he saw me he'd remember he was anxious and cry for me till i picked him up, but that was about it. He'll get upset if he's left entirely alone still, but now he's chill hanging out with anyone he knows even if I'm not there, but he's super wary of strangers still

Separation anxiety starts at around 6 months, they actually don't know at this stage if you will be returning they just know you have left, unfortunately it's just a stage that has to be rode through. Normally takes a few weeks of regular intervals of leaving them before they settle. X
