Hi mommas! I know I might get mixed results, because people use different sleep training methods, but I’m open to trying anything. Our baby used to go down on her own with a pacifier and white noise at around 9pm/9:30pm. She used to sleep for about 6 hrs without needing a feeding. Now she is needing a bottle at odd times during the day (sometimes an hr after her last bottle) and falling asleep earlier…which means waking up earlier…and now she wants a bottle in the middle of the night…Any advice? I’ve read to keep them from going to sleep too early but I don’t know how. Today she didn’t sleep much during the day so we didn’t want to wake her from what we thought was a nap that started at 7 pm…How do we get back on track so that we don’t undo everything we have done?

4 months is too young for sleep training.
Keep a consistent routine as that usually helps it pass quicker. Make sure there isn't a big gap between waking and nap time, try stick to wake windows.
Baby is currently completely changing how they sleep. Previously it was shorter cycles now it's more of a rhythm like adult sleep. Whilst learning that skill everything is messed up for a while. I'd go with it. Give the bottle when requested and follow the same steps before sleep as before.
It does pass in a couple of weeks
