Tall baby getting stuck sideways in crib

So, my baby girl is about 80th percentile for height. At least once a night, she wakes herself up because she tossed and turned herself sideways, and then basically hits her body on either side of the crib trying to move out of that position. If that makes sense. I'm sure she'll eventually figure it out, and she doesn't get hurt, just woken up by it. Are any other moms going through this, or is it just mine 😅 I don't really think there's solution to get her to stop. Mostly just venting. Sorry if this post makes no sense. I'm exhausted 😭

I got crib bumpers, which helps keep her sleeping when she bumps her head lol

@Alicia which bumpers did you get

@Alicia thank you ☺️

I used the mesh above. My daughter did the same thing but she eventually learned how to rescue herself.

I have that problem as well. But my son is taller than 99% of babies his age. At 6 months he was already 2 in a half feet tall. He can’t fit in his bed anymore because he doesn’t have enough room to move. So I’ve been looking for a bigger bed for him, but until then he’s been sleeping with me. I just put pillows close to the wall so he won’t hit it.
