Watery blood (pinkish colour)

If you’ve no pain and it doesn’t get heavier then it’s likely nothing to worry about. Because of all the changes going on your cervix is prone to get irritated etc causing some bleeds. If you’re concerned though, I’d contact your EPU and ask to be seen. I had a couple of times with my daughter that I wasn’t urgently concerned about but there was some concern and decided to ask to be seen to ease the anxiety x

Pinky discharge is normal and can be from an irritated cervix. If it continued or had any other signs then I’d get checked but it isn’t anything to be overly worried about. Quite often it can follow sex but other things can cause irritation too.

However you’d want to be sure it was from the vagina and not urine. Sometimes pinky urine could be a sign of a uti which are super common in pregnancy so might be worth dropping in a sample at the gp or midwife to rule that out.
