Waters have broken! 35 + 3 and breech baby

Hi! Currently in hospital after losing my waters this morning. Had a steroid injection for baby and due to have another one tomorrow morning. Being monitored as having some contractions about a minute long every 5 minutes. Baby is breech so will be a C section now as per advice of the hospital but has anyone else been in a similar position? I'm aware that if natural labour doesn't progress - I could just been sent home with antibiotics and a date to come back for a planned caesarean but that is terrifying to me. The hospital it's 50 minutes away and I'm petrified of falling into natural labour after being discharged

I had a very similar experience. My waters broke at 35+2 weeks and I was kept in hospital for two nights. They sent me home with antibiotics and told me I'd be induced at 37 weeks, if there had been no sign of baby already. I was back about 7/8 hours later, already 3cms dilated.

You'll probably stay in hospital a few nights if baby is premature, I was advised a minimum of 3 nights.

Hi, my second was very similar. My waters broke at 35+ 4. I was the same they kept me in for 48 hours and then we had a planned c-section at 36 + 5 as I had an infection and didn’t feel comfortable waiting for 37 weeks. I had contractions initially but these settled when I went home. Good luck, I hope it all goes well xxx

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Fed up

Anyone else just feeling fed up in general? I just never feel happy anymore. Wake up dreading what the day ahead of us will be like.
Little one will be 6 week tomorrow

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?

32 weeks

32 week growth scan and clinic appointment. Did anything unusual happen? Ive heard a few people saying 32 weeks was when they had a induction date

Groin pain?

So I’m 34 weeks with my second and for a couple days now I’ve had terrible groin pain so bad that sometimes I can’t even walk or shift a certain way or I feel like the baby is just gonna rip out of my groin… I definitely was uncomfortable towards the end with my last pregnancy but this is just absolutely awful. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or anything that helps?? It’s making it so hard to still care for a toddler when I can barely move without pain..
