Same! I'm surprised I have any hair left 😂 I keep finding my hair clasped in my baby's hands too as stray hairs are all over my clothes 🙈

Me too! 😣 my hairdresser said i’m losing an excessive amount 😟 she said I should get bloods done to check iron levels and b12

Mine the same I found out I was very low in iron so got 4 months of iron tablets x

Same here; they recommend trying scrunchies instead of standard hairbobbles.

Yep it's happened with all 3 of mine xx

Yes! My hairdresser said it’s totally normal which I didn’t realise. She said when we’re pregnant we grow extra hair because of our hormones. So postpartum our bodies begin to go back to normal and losing our hair so we have the same amount as pre pregnancy is normal.
Scared the shit outta me at first!

Totally normal, but upsetting I know! Hormones and body are adjusting to
Pre-pregnancy xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

Homebirth?

I am thinking I want a homebirth (second baby) for a few different reasons but my husband is very against it, he is worried about things going wrong and we are a 30 minute drive from the hospital. Has anyone been in a similar position and what did you end up doing? Any advice? 🙏

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!
